Materials Needed

  • Yarn: Double Knitting (DK) weight yarn of your choice (available in our yarn section)

  • Needles:

    • 1 pair of 4mm knitting needles (UK 8 / US 6)

    • 1 pair of 3.25mm knitting needles (UK 10 / US 3)

  • Accessories:

    • Stitch holders

    • Tapestry needle for seams and assembly

    • 7 [7: 8: 8: 9] buttons for the Cardigan

Based on standard 50g balls of Double Knitting (DK) yarn (approx. 140m per 50g):

  • Sweater:

    • 28/30 in: 7 x 50g balls (approx. 350g)

    • 32/34 in: 8 x 50g balls (approx. 400g)

    • 36/38 in: 9 x 50g balls (approx. 450g)

    • 40/42 in: 10 x 50g balls (approx. 500g)

    • 44/46 in: 11 x 50g balls (approx. 550g)

  • Cardigan:

    • 28/30 in: 7 x 50g balls (approx. 350g)

    • 32/34 in: 8 x 50g balls (approx. 400g)

    • 36/38 in: 9 x 50g balls (approx. 450g)
