Refund policy

Standard Returns (Yarn & Supplies)

We accept returns on standard items within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

• Item Condition: Yarn must be fully unwound, unused, and in its original state. It must have all original, intact packaging and labels attached.

• Odour & Allergen Free: Items must be completely free of odours and pet hair. Products showing signs of handling or exposure cannot be restocked or refunded.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

• Final Sale: All made-to-order, custom-spun, custom-dyed, or personalised items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or contains a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at @alittlebitcrafty.co.uk with your order number and photos of the fault. If verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including applicable return postage costs.
