Sizing and Finished Measurements

Standing Height:

  • Small Cat: Approximately 11 in (28 cm) tall

  • Large Cat: Approximately 12 in (30 cm) tall

Materials Needed

  • Yarn: Double Knitting (DK) weight yarn of your choice (available in our yarn section)

  • Needles: 1 pair of 3mm knitting needles (UK 11 / US 2.5)

  • Accessories:

    • 1 pair of toy safety eyes per cat (or black DK yarn to embroider eyes)

    • Washable toy stuffing

    • Stitch holders

    • Locking stitch markers

    • Tapestry needle for seams, assembly, and facial embroidery

    • Small oddment of contrasting DK yarn/thread for facial features

Based on standard 100g balls of Double Knitting (DK) yarn:

  • Small Cat:

    • Main Colour: 1 x 100g ball

    • Contrast Colour (for muzzle, paws, and inner ears): 1 x 100g ball (or stash oddment)

  • Large Cat:

    • Main Colour: 1 x 100g ball

    • Contrast Colour (for muzzle, paws, and inner ears): 1 x 100g ball (or stash oddment)
